Rags to Riches Cat Rescue, Inc. is comprised of volunteers whose mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary and ultimately to re-home abandoned, stray and neglected cats.

Our aim is to support spay/neuter of domestic pets, thereby reducing pet over-population, to educate the public on the merits of Trap/Neuter/Return of feral cats, and to work in alliance with local animal shelters, rescue groups, pounds and humane society organizations to ensure these forgotten animals are taken care of.  Whenever possible the group also assists with dogs or other animals in need.

We are a no-kill shelter and only euthanize cats that are too ill or injured to recover.  If euthanasia is necessary it is by lethal injection only.

Animals are spayed or neutered and vaccinated before being adopted out.

The group offers public education on animal issues and involves the community  in projects for the animals.

Rags to Riches financial records are available to the public.
